Default Ready for Work.

After way over 20 years I gave my resignation Monday. Jack has been incredibly great to me for all these years. After 46 plus years in many forms of top level professional motor racing with sensational success I am going to work from home building Flatheads & working on old Fords. So excited to be able to devote time to these gems instead of like the last 50 plus years just squeezing them into my crazy work schedule. Anyone needing engine work or any other old car help please feel free to reach out.
Cheers
Tony

Tony,
Congratulations on your retirement! Been 8 years for me. It will fly by if your busy. I am sure many flathead projects will be at your door too.
Regards,
Chris

Tony,
My very best and sincere wishes with your home based enterprise. Sure it will go well with your expertise and knowledge.
I have recently benefited with Tony's assistance in purchasing and extremely fine original 39 deluxe coupe. It was a purchase that came together well. Thanks again Tony.
Just the long wait now for shipping to down under.

Holy CRAP, Batman! A newly-available flathead guy that knows what he's doing (with pretty decent credentials), now ready to do the job FOR YOU! This should be great news, especially for those anywhere near the RIGHT-hand coast with a busted flatty. Congrats on the retirement from Roush Racing! DD

Well done Tony, you have talked about this venture for a while now. With your knowledge and skills I image you will be busier than ever. Shame it’s so complicated now to visit back down under.

Hey Tony - a BIG Congrats on you retiring from your previous occupation. What you'll soon find (after the initial shock of not having to "go to work" every day) is that you'll actually find you have even LESS time than before.

There will be the list of home/life related projects that "you were meaning to get too", there will be ideas for fun adventures that were never too convenient --> trips, events, seeing friends and family, etc.. And then you'll finally settle down a bit and get busy with your "new job". It will take even MORE time than before - because you really want to do it! You will soon be busier than you've ever been . . . trust me on that one.

Best of luck in all that is ahead of you. When I get back to Ohio, will get in touch with you so that I can finally try one of your Kiwi-100 cams . . . have been threatening to do that for quite some time! LOL

Take care,
B&S

I hope you do not slip backwards like I did upon retiring---it now takes much longer to complete a project than it took when I was trying to do a regular job plus after hours on "special" projects. Good luck and just have fun.

Tony Congratulations on retiring. Beginning year number 10 myself this month. Things I learned upon retiring you don't know what day it is. You will find its going to be extremely busy doing what you love every single day. Also when your at the end of the day and you finally sit down say on the coach you may find yourself nodding off seems like that happens as we age. My wife calls me tired retired when I do that ! There's no time to waste resting I bet your going to use the time to the fullest.

Tony ~ Many congratulations! I am sure that Jack will miss your expertise, but we EV8’rs will surely reap the benefits of your extensive knowledge. Just be aware that your list of “projects” will grow and grow …… until you cannot use the word “retired” in a sentence! Welcome to the club!!
