Does anyone know what year this dipstick is?

Pretty much a guessing game. Could be multiple years.
You left out the most important dimension and that is from the dust cover to the full line.
Perhaps someone could compare that dimension to their own and see if it is the same. Then provide the year of their vehicle and installed engine if it is the same.

Hi there, You have not given any measurements but it looks like a 1935-36 which is 16 3/4" overall length. Regards, Kevin.

The long and short of it was he was running a Merc motor in a Ford with a Ford oil pan (he thought it was a Merc oil pan) and he couldn't figure out which dip stick to buy.
