Yes pricey. Tax,shipping,mounting and price of tires can be close to $1500. But for a safe driver probably a good investment if you drive it often. My bias tires were just ok around town but want a better drive down the hiway at 55-60mph. Hope this will drive better

Do it the change in handling is incredible. My 47 Monarch came with bias ply tires it was scary how it handled. Switched to radials and will never go back.

Nearly everyone says that. But I have to say I didn't feel that much difference, in the ride or the handling. Maybe I'm just not as sensitive to those things as other drivers.

DB said my 750x16 and 550x16 could be 5 to 6 weeks wait, didn’t worry me at all. They arrived in a week . Awesome.

Were these local sourced in NZ? Radials or cross ply. As will be looking for a tyre set for a 39 coupe ex USA
