Interesting project! I sure don't see a problem here, resurrecting this truck in this condition, to a rod and not going for an original type pickup.

You are saving one from the scrap heap good luck my friend. Will look neat when you are all done

My thoughts exactly! There's no way someone would put this one back original just too much work...I'm gonna build it to have something to have a little fun with my kids in...at least that's my idea
