lol, B-O-B.....Guernseys for us....mostly by machine, but you had to know how to milk by hand.....ahhh, cold moo juice and Sunshine Hydrox cookies...memories...Mike

Yes sir, milked cows when I was a young teen, regesterd Brown Siss. Wise my hands was as strong now as they were then. Did anyone see that cow looking through the stall? Walt

Ha, Holsteins here ! And, just the opposite of your hands...mine wore plumb out to the point now of reconstruction.

I bet you know a little about baling hay and husking corn also. That A model must have been a low compression flathead.

i broke down in buellton ca once.. and was amazed at the amount of old stuff in the area.

I'm sure this post is as old as the no longer standing barn shown in these pics. This beautiful collection belonged to my Papa. Whoever replied with Oso flaco dairy was correct. The memories that flood my heart are as priceless as these pics. Thanks fordbarn.
