Default 50 Custom Shocker!

Well guys I have an odd one. My 1950 Custom is giving me a bite on my arm or hand when I touch my horn button. It is still 6v positive ground. The main harness is new from SBC and the horn wire is new as well.

Could my horn relay be bad or should there be a resistor in the Horn wire?
