Default Ordering Correct Parts-Tip

Hi guy's, just this week we sent out a "partial" valve train pkge (no retainers) to a forum member here, fortunately he called me with a question?

He asked about the new springs I sent him, they were much longer than his originals. It's something that hasn't come up here yet with any parts we've shipped out. From this day forward I will need to know which style retainers are in the program, "conventional" or "rotators", the springs are very different as most here know!

If anyone places a spring order please let me about which retainers are being used if the plan is for the "rotaters"?

Thanks, Gary in N.Y.

P.S. One of the reasons it hasn't been a real issue here is due to the fact when we send out a complete package we generally supply the more "conventional" type retainers in the package! From this point on (if retainers aren't required in the order) I'll need to know for sure which springs to include!
