Default finally some paint

My 31 Victoria got the lower color painted today. I decided on Kewanee and Elkpoint green. I used Sherwin Williams 2nd dimension single stage. The mix formula was from Larry Shepard and is a perfect match to the paint and finish guide.

Doesn't make you feel good when you finally get some color on the body. Your happiness is only overshadowed by the big smile on your face for a job that been well done.
Simply gorgeous enjoy the moment. A lot more are comming as the project finally starts the final assembly. Kudos

No I am not. I am very fortunate to know one that really knows what he is doing and puts up with what I want done.

Art,
Victoria looks wonderful. You have to be smiling feeling good about your project as this is quite a milestone. Looking forward to seeing it in person... maybe soon when I come to see Dennis before Nokomis. I know you will have a beautiful car when completed.

All the best!

"What brand and type of paint? Sure looks good."

Check out the original post, 3rd sentence. I may have to switch brands and try this paint. It looks great right out of the spray gun, something I can't seem to achieve with Centari.

Is the bottom, cowl, door and fender "reveal" trim painted secondary color? On some '30-31 models it is according to the DeAngeles / Henry factory photos.
Excellent job and good choice of paint system!
