Just wondered if anyone has had the 5 hole Budd truck wheels and rings powder coated. As powder coating is thicker than regular paint does it still allow the keeper ring to seat properly on the rim ???

We are talking split rims, correct? Looks like these?
P-Coat is about 3 to 4 mils thick if done on a warmed rim.
I can think of no reason why this would not be fine with P-coated rims and rings.
Hold down Control button, and hit the + button to enlarge pic, maybe. Control down and hit - to go back to smaller size.
