Generator repair and rebuilding for 6 and 12 volt Fords.

Does your original Ford generator need repair or rebuilding? I can help. I also refurbish original Ford cutouts. On '32-'37 generators with a pulley mounted fan, I replace the original multi-piece open bearing with a modern double row sealed, angular contact bearing. If you need a generator. I have some cores to rebuild, or can rebuild yours. Do you have an original survivor car? I can repair or rebuild your generator, keeping the original patina.

I'm not a full-time shop, just an old school car guy in Virginia who's been doing generator work on the side for many years. I'm a Ford guy myself with a '31 model A pickup and '35 deluxe touring car, both with my rebuilt generators. I'm a 6 volt guy and know that a properly maintained 6 volt system works just fine. I also have some generators converted to 12v. Check out my Ford volt generator youtube videos.

What do you need? I'll do my best to help you out. Here are a few examples of work I've done.

Prices vary with the work done, but generally in the $250 - $375 range.
Thanks, Steve
