Model A times magazine
Just got a chance yesterday to look at the latest Model A times Magazine, picture on cover does not match the one it says it is on the inside cover where it describes the pictures on front & back page?

True !
You have found the hidden error and I believe John LaVoy will now send you a buschel of Walla Walla Onions. (Steve Plucker from Walla Walla used to post tests with onions as a prize in case you were not a party to this) |

It's a one man deal. John does it all. I have found paragraphs repeated and others missing. But like I said every step is done my him!

Re: Model A times magazine
how about p.16...at least he got Linda Vaughan right!
I think George Barris typically has the yellow jacket and Blackie tends to dress in black, but not according to the supplied caption. Did you notice the oval wheels on the back cover picture? I thought they were originally round? The photo quality in this publication is sub-par, and that is too bad given the general quality of the articles. What does the first sentence on p.7 mean? yikes! |

Darn, I haven't gotten mine yet! Kudos to John, it's had to do all associated in putting out his mag, even one of the national club mags really screwed up one of Plucks articles, reprinted like a half a page in a very detailed article. Happens to the best of them.

I would like to complement all of the sharp eyed guys who caught John's errors. I saw them too but I was happy to have the knowledge to see them and go on. I enjoy the magazine and look forward to reading it. Let's not be so critical. Have a great Model A Day. Jay McCord
