Had a look at the Weber cam specs I have here, but no F5.
Sorry, if I turn anything up I'll shout.
Good luck on your quest,
Martin.

Just had a quick Google, found this.
Weber F5 S. Intake duration 265 degrees exhaust duration 260 degrees. Intake lift 0.340" exhaust lift 0.342".
Now this is only part of the story unfortunately. With these numbers one can only guess how that cam acts. Are these seat to seat duration figures? Or @0.050" lift? Or @whatever isky used (0.020"?) It doesn't tell us the rate of lift, if we knew this we could have a close guess.
But they would still be guess's.
The duration is on the low side, but if it lifts real fast, it would haul ass, and strong from fairly low down the rpm range. Many "performance" flathead cams lift slower than the stock cam, this hurts low down. Or it could be a slug down low, or anywhere in between.
Just a guess.
And please remember these figures are off Google, so may be complete bolox.
Hopefully someone with the full picture will chime in.
Martin.

If Weber was Harry Weber, they are still in business. Their site says they been doing cams since 1945. Maybe a call will get you somewhere.

I have a Weber cam sheet somewhere in my stash. Let me see if I have it and can find the F5 grind on it.

I have a Weber F-1 cam in my 59AB engine. I really like it, not to lumpy, runs very well in daily driving with a little street racing thrown in for good measure.
It has been in the engine since 1954.

I run a Weber F5 S in my 284 flathead (59 A) with Isky springs and Johnson lifters, 1.50 & 1.60 valves, the engine is bored & stroked, relieved an eigth, 3 97's, Offy 8.0 heads, headers, Mallory duel point and it pulls like hell all the way to 4400...
