Default Delivery sticker

I have just got a good era photo of 1931 dealers showroom full of new Model A's. They all display 'delivery stickers' on windscreen.
Does anyone know just what information was on these stickers when the cars were new ?. No guessing, as I can do that.!
Interestingly, on dust cover of 'Legendary Model A' [ P. Winnewisser] are 2 new 'A's with these stickers in place. One car has '30 radiator shell & other has '31 Deluxe 'shell. This is not beyond Fords production practises, but it may flummox some new enthusiasts.
Thanks

If you look on the cover of the current Bratton's catalog, there is an example of a leatherback vicky with the sticker in the windshield.
