Default Fun project voltage regulator

I’ve noticed many of the Fun project voltage regulators are on back order. Does anyone have any information about how long it’s currently taking to get one.

I think they've been "on back order" at least a year, i.e., they are not currently being produced.

I managed to get one by nagging them.

The Fun Projects voltage regulators are one of the best accessories ever offered for the model A . I've been running the twelve volt version on my completely original model A generator for over 24 years . Never a problem !!!

I’ve bought 2 in the past 2 months. Even though their website says they’re out of stock, they do have some. Go ahead and place an order.

Agree. I think they are selling them as fast as they can produce them so get an order in the queue if you want one. I called them a while back and that's what they had me do. I actually got it pretty quickly.

Not true. Place an order, they’ll call you on a few weeks, after the next batch is ready, and verify you still want one. A few days later——- Bobs your uncle!

My experience with two orders in the past three months was the same as Jim Carl’s - I placed an order online, their website gave errors, but they got the order, and I received the EVR’s each time within a week after paying a PayPal invoice I received from the. I was quite happy. If you want one of their EVRs, I suggest simply placing an online order - you will hear from them after several days. You can call also, and they will tell you to place an online rider.

After reading comment #4 I searched on eBay - found a listing from Mac's saying they had one left. I placed the order, only to have it canceled two days later. Any other sources?
