Nice, no double clutching, noises, shaking, bouncing, wandering, etc, etc.

Re: Worlds fastest model A
Thanks for posting this build Logan. Great pictures and a very nice finished project. Just the work in those wheels alone. Very cool.

Re: Worlds fastest model A
About as close to a Model A as this. This one may even be faster, who knows.

Re: Worlds fastest model A
I don't think anybody believed it was a stock model A anymore than someone believes that a NASCAR car is a stock car. It's just a play on words. The worlds fastest "Model A" wink wink. To the untrained eye I'm sure it looks more like a Model A then your typical Hot Rodded Model A does.

Re: Worlds fastest model A
An extensive article on this car appeared in "Hot Rod" magazine, March 2008.
I think I located it on Google, and was able to print it off. Its worth exploring to find the article Keith |

Re: Worlds fastest model A
When I first saw this video a couple years a go, I thought it was trick photography with a faked sound track, and clicked away from it before they got to the dyno test or any other revelatory footage...
Quite a job, and while I generally don't like modified cars, this one impresses me from a standoint of design engineering and execution. |

Re: Worlds fastest model A
I like how they kept the car looking almost like a stock model a. I think it really sets it apart from hotrods or street rods. They did a great job on it
