Default Rams heads for 1930 open Car

I have a roadster body. I'm trying to get a windshield set up for it. The gentleman I purchased the body from cut it up a bit and there's no mounts for the windshield stantions. Best I can tell they are called rams horns, I can't seem to find any on the web for less than 250$ It's hard to find them used because I just find Horns for Dodge Trucks. I'm at a loss why anyone would ever need to replace them-they are bronze and thusly shouldn't go bad. You think with the Number of 'A's out there still there should be plenty of them floating around. Is there another more technical name for this part? anybody know where to find them for less? I'm Waiting for hershey in a few weeks-but If I can find them anywhere else I will still be pretty happy.

Might give Bert's a ring as they carry a lot of original parts. 800-321-1931

I do see these parts available pretty often though. Have you placed a WANT AD here for these parts ?

Thinking of LOWER stanchions...lost my mind on this one.

I have posted a want ad, I wasn't sure I was using the right term and I did not now about this website until my Boss(Another 'A' guy) told me about it recently.

The Rams horn is part of the cowl, the lower stanchion bolts to this and is the pivot for the stainless stanchion post which holds the windshield frame.

See this eBay listing for the Rams horn and door post.

I have a new set cast bronze. These are the mounts that bolt to the body and the stanchions attach to them. $150,00 plus the ride.
