Very interesting. I would imagine it would require an update to 12 volts and an high amp alternator in the process.

Interesting adaptation but no mention was made on how the shifting of the transmission was addressed.

Did a little research and found that any column shift vehicle needed a new method of shifting gears.
In most cases a floor shift would be needed.

No holes cut in the tunnel for a standard transmission.

Not at the time the photo was taken.
And it appears to be an automatic equipped car (no clutch pedal)
Being a column shift, a way to shift will have to be addressed (such as a floor shift)

I'm looking for some information about using electric power steering on a 50 Ford with a flathead. Haven't had any luck yet. Already solved the shift problem with a T-5. Anyone?

I put a Toyota MR-2 (2001) PS system on my '49 F-47, works perfect...I'll try to find the thread detailing it. I was last winter.
