Default Loose door handles

On my 30 Tudor the interior door opener handles get loose, the screws just back them selves out. Same thing happens with the window cranks, the set screw backs out. They are all reproduction, my originals were way too far gone.

Are there better reproductions out there now? Do I need to use a thread locker?

Minor question, but it's one of those things on the list....

There should also be a small lock washer under the door latch handle nut.

This is the nut with the special lock washer that keeps everything tight.
