Default New Nanagenarians Ride

Just met this very lovely couple in my neighborhood. Walt and Leona. She's 93 and he's 95. Both still have their full wits. Married 70 years in June.

Took them for a little cruise down to the lake with my wife's mother who's 88.

Fun time had by all.

They wanna go again.

We definitely will.

Good on ya Henry! That ride probably brings back many fond memories of their younger days.

Yeah, he couldn't quit talking about the first car he ever owned - a '37 Ford - and a '40 Ford he later owned that he thought was a lot like my '47.

Very nice. Not doubt that it made their day.

My Great grandpa and Great grandmother were married over 75 years. Just how much longer I don't recall.

He was the oldest living Confederate soldier in Tennessee for a few years before he died.

I just added that to the first post. It wasn't there before.
