Default Can someone identify this Tillotson carb.?

Notice that the ears are turned 45 degrees. Thanks for looking and hopefully identifying.

It looks like the choke and throttle are cable operated so I would say it is for a piece of stationary equipment like maybe a welding machine.

The lever attached to the throttle shaft lifts a needle to provide fuel enrichment ( a sort of power valve). This means to me that it is probably a late '30s carburetor. I think that I have one similar to it somewhere in my basement.
