Default Posting a forwarded email

A friend sent me an email with lots of old service station pictures. Is there a way that I could post this on the Fordbarn site?

Put the photos on something like photobucket for public viewing then post the link here.

Or you could save the pictures to your computer by right clicking on it. Then when you post your message go to the advance section, scroll down to the additional options section, click on manage attachments and upload the picture files from your computer.

Clear as mud? It isn't really that complicated.
