I don't have any pictures, as it would require that I take the headliner out that was in mine when I bought it. But from what I have been able to determine, there is no wood in the top and there are at least 2 steel stringers across the top.

Someone that has an exposed top may be able to clarify that a bit more.

Doing this from memory and will try to post pictures later when I get home.

The front is attached to a normal enough wood header. Then there are two stamped steel top bows in the shape of a U channel that run from above the door to above the door.

At the rear, where the top mates with the rear wall of the cab, is another piece of wood that I believe descends down to the door pillar. The top is nailed to this piece of wood as is the rear wall of the cab. Like I said, will try to post pictures later.

Thanks
-Tim

As stated above it has a wood header over the windshield, above the doors and at the rear roof seam. There are two metal cross braces.
