Are there instructions somewhere as to how to complete these:?

This thread has a grainy photo but the late type uses a cardboard with cloth covering so the ones on flea-pay are just the frames.

Don't know if there is specific info. for specific vehicles, but here's one approach. http://www.upholster.com/auto/auto-trim.htm
In 1978 I had LeBaron Bonney redo the visors for my '40. I don't think your average sewing machine can do it. Well worth the price.

I don't know what LeBarron Bonney charges for those sunvisors currently, however I would have to say getting them from LeBarron Bonney already covered won't disappoint you from a quality standpoint.

A person needs a walking foot upholstery machine to sew stuff like that. They have the power to go through multiple layers of thick heavy stuff and they will fit all sorts of needles. A plain type will break needles all day. The machine would have to sew through at least 5 layers with one being card board.
