I have one wheel like the one you found at Hershey. It is a Marmon-Herrington wheel. 15 x 6 wide 5 It will need repair to the outer lip. Send email for a picture. $85.00 plus shipping.

I have seen asking prices over $200. Mine is priced to allow for the needed repair.
