Default It is finally mine and home

Thanks to the help of a Model A owner with a big white box, our first A is sitting on FORD ALLEY (aka-our driveway) outside the E & S garage where there is going to be a lot of T & A service going on.

Here he is resting at his new home

Very nice! One of my favorite body styles, and a 1928 (drum tail light) at that! Good job!

T&A Service...................................love it.
I was thinking of something else when I saw that though.
Who did you use to haul it??

Another A club member here in Lexington, KY. Fortunately we only had 70 miles one-way to get it.

Thought the T&A sounded pretty good even at my age. Also helps when you own a Model T and A Model A. Looking for or maybe will have to make a "FORD ALLEY" sign for the corner of our drive and a t&A Service sign for the old garage.

Spent a year learning the T and how to make it run good. Now a new learning curve with the A.

Way too many smiles around the homestead today.

Sam

Very nice car, and you just can't beat a Fordor for class and comfort.

One thing is certain. The young person in my Avatar did not age as well as the A. That's why the good looking boy pic and not the current one.

Thanks all for comments. Makes my smile larger.

Nothing like being ready for a big Model-A "party" (MARC National Meet) that will be in your own town this summer as a way to celebrate your new purchase!!

Here are pic's of "T" & "A", that the boss lets me play with any time I want.

Have son in Knoxville (Farragut). Just mailed my registration for National. Just about a couple of miles away.

Granddaughter did not want to get from behind the wheel. Waiting to learn to drive the stick.

Casey has been with us since 97 and graduates with a Masters Degree on Saturday the 11th.

Loves both of our old Fords, loves Ford Trucks and would drive nothing but a Ford. Has a 2012 Focus she bought on her own. A super kid (even though she is no longer a kid).

Someday the Fordor may be her's. Who knows.

At the National meet, I will be the old one, with a beard and not so pretty. Be sure you wear your heavy shades.

Nothing but Ford's here.
