Default "Here's looking at you, kid"

Bogus quote from a Bogie movie or legit question? I'm working on my '34 pickup from 750 miles away. It's still at mom's house in Tennessee and I'm in Texas. After reviewing pics of the truck, I noticed that it doesn't have a rear view mirror!

Question! Did the pickup have a rear view mirror and, if so, what did it look like? Were they original items or accessory pieces that could be purchased.

TIA,

Ken

34 pickup did not come with an INSIDE rear view mirror, nor did 35 or 36. I believe 37 was first year for inside rear view mirror on pickup.

Working on it from 750 miles away????? Damn you must have long arms. LOL

But they did come with an outside rear view mirror (hinge mounted) as standard equipment. If you have the V-8 Club's new '32 book there's a photo of an original (the same mirror was used from '32 through '34) on page 16-9. If you don't have the book, I can send you that photo tomorrow.

David, i'd love to see a pic of the outside mirror. Mine has one, not sure if it is original style or not.
