Default pcv on two carb manifold?

I am going to install two 3/8" fittings and "Y" them to a PCV valve in my former road draft tube. If I use the filler tube with its filter cap as my fresh-air intake for by engine, will this give me good crankcase ventilation ??
My fuel pump plate is blocked-off.

All these changes...two carbs, PVC, vacuum advance distributor, will leave a lot less vacuum for control of the "power valves" in the carburattors has anybody documented modifications for those carb valves and jet sizes ?

This is on a 52, 255cid mercury engine.
