Default Can’t keep it running no power

Can’t keep it running no power Some history it’s a 1931 Model A Model speedster standard engine high compression head mechanical spark advance duel updraft model B carburetors fuel tank is in the rear has a fuel pump 12 V system when you go to start it you have to

Over choke it to get it to run and to idle you have to screw the Gav out 2 1/2 to 3 times and run with a half choke will settle down (stop choking it )and you accelerate and no power when I put it together it ran fine The beginning of last summer it was running fine then Near the end of the summer it started acting up during the winter I reset the timing I went through all the things that I could think that might be wrong now took it out today and we’re back to square one Any ideas
