I am making repairs to a seat frame and will need to find the rivets used in the hinge (that allows the back rest to fold forward). The head of the rivet is 1" and the length is approx. 3/4". Who supplies these? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Try Big Flats Rivets.

Those are wagon box rivets. Might try big flats, McMaster carr or jay-cee sales….all have web sites.
Remind me of the pin diameter

I believe the shaft is 3/8" in diameter and approx 5/8" long.
