Default cleaning shock threads update

I few weeks ago I asked about cleaning the threads on the shock absorber adjusting valve
I was advised not to run a tap in there to clean them as it may make the threads too loose and cause it to leak
Jim Mason came up with the idea of using a gun bore brush
so I bought a 5 pack of el cheapos to try them out with my reversible drill
I used a 38Cal (357) brush and they worked great!
I have used them to clean the air vents in the shock Inner nut (22 cal)
it looks like I have a new tool to clean threads in some places
Thanks Jim ,Marco, Kevin and Ward

I've used gun bore brushes for years in different sizes, they're great.
