Default Hood ornament

What is the correct hood ornament for a 41 deluxe? I've seen plain ones and some with deluxe on them ,some have the V8 badge and some don't. Also, are Canadian Fords any different?

My '41 Deluxe has a "plate" for lack of a better word that is 5" high that starts at the bottom by the grille. It says Deluxe in blue paint. The photo on your site looks to be correct.

Mine actually doesn't say anything on it. It's just chrome with horizontal lines on it.

Oh. I can't see it up close so thought it was like mine. It may have originally had a 6 cylinder in it. According to The 1941-48 Ford Book page 2-5 it says, "Hood center moulding is plain on early Super DeLuxe cars and on all Special cars." The moulding shown for these cars is chrome with lines like yours.
So, as usual on our '41 Fords, who knows??
Looks like your Coupe is Cayuga Blue like mine though.
