Default Headlights and Wiring Harness

The wiring on my '30 coupe is pretty sad, a lot of splices and odd things going on. I'm planning on installing a new harness but I'm kind of confused on whats going on. I'm thinking my car is a standard with cowl lights added at some time in the past, it doesn't have a dome light. It has dual bulb headlights but the parking lights never had bulbs in them, I'm guessing because of the cowl lights? It does have dual tail lights installed as well.

Should I order a main harness with one or two bulb connections since it has cowl lights? It also has a cheesy aftermarket turn signal column switch and lights in the front bumper, but I want to get rid of that stuff.
