I grew up on 2 post and love them but decided on a four post in my 36x48.
1-i can move the 4 post around, even with a vehicle on it, as projects change.
2-I didn't have to drill holes in my floor.
3- i can bolt motorcycle stands and tire changers to he surface when needed.

Just something for thought.
