Open Car/Implement Trailer

I am selling my car trailer that my brother-in-law and I constructed in 1999. It has been used very little, practically brand new. It's always been stored inside.
Here are the specifications:

1. Used twice since new, two trips from Ohio to the middle of Michigan carrying lumber. No problems.
2. 2" ball, 3/8" safety chains.
3. Dual Axle, 3500lbs per axle, 7000 lbs total.
4. Torflex rubber cushioned independent suspension, no leaf springs.
5. 7-pin or 7-way connector.
6. ST205/75/R15 Goodyear Trailer tires. Trailer tires are stiffer than passenger car tires to help prevent sidesway.
7. Electric brakes on ONE axle.
8. Enclosed wiring, with wired grounds.
9. 12ft long x 83.5 inches between fenders.
10. 2 ft angled approach in addition to 12ft deck, 14ft overall.
11. Collapsible/removeable fold-out steel ramps
12. 2 ft deck height.
13. Steel frame with pressure-treated wood deck. Frame was professionally sandblasted after welding and painted black.
14. Rear lights recessed & protected from damage.
15. Reflective strips front side and rear.

I am asking $1850 which I don't believe you could build it for today. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have one question. Is that trailer titled and registered ? If so, i'd be willing to buy it, if we could find a known trusted individual to move it to southern california. That'd be a free one time one way use from OH to CA . Anyone ?
