51 F-1 picture?
This is a rather strange request but if anybody could send me a picture of 51-ish F-1 wheels with hubcaps and trim rings it would be very helpful. Another question is, did all the F-1s of that era have cream grill and wheels? Were there other options (like black maybe)?

Re: 51 F-1 picture?
The wheels were never Sungate Ivory, only body colored from the factory. In 1951 they started out the year using an Argent Grille as can be seen depicted in some of the literature, and separately in the larger trucks, I believe they had body colored grilles from the factory, I think that's how the story goes on the body colored grilles? In any event there was a mid-year change to the Sungate Ivory from the short-lived Argent. So you do see a lot of "factory correct" 51 restorations with argent Silver Grilles and some trucks with body colored grilles. Of course there was also the factory option of delivering the truck in primer. So with trucks there is some lee way.
