What would you pick?
"What three cars would you pick if you could have any three cars in the world?"
I just got a car magazine today. There was an interesting column in it with the above subject. The guide lines were. No.1 You could pick any three cars in the infinite world of cars. No.2 They must remain in your possession until you die. No.3 You can never sell them or will them to your heirs. I picked No.1 A really nice 1940 Ford Tudor Deluxe with all the things it should have. No.2 A 2008 Mercury Gran Marquis with the 150 mph Cop Car engine No.3 A 1963 Ford Galaxie Convertible with a Big Block FE Engine and Four Speed Transmission. |

Re: What would you pick?
1: 1936 or 37 Cord 812 (4 door sedan supercharged)
2: 1938 Phantom Corsair (based on the Cord) 3: 1955 Lincoln Futura Since the last two are prototypes or not technically production cars, these are my other picks: 2: 1958 Lincoln Premiere 2 door convertible with the roll down rear window 3:1971 Pantera |

Re: What would you pick?
Man, thats a tough question for a car guy. I think my first two would be Fords, a 32 3 window coupe and a 39 Deluxe coupe. The third would be a 58-62 Corvette. But knowing me, these choices would change with the seasons.

34pickup, I'm right there as well. Only 3 huh?!?
1. My 55CV on a 2018 mustang KR chassis 2. My 55CV bone stock 100pt restored 3. My 55CV just as she sits now. As a hot rod! Yup you guessed it, she's the only car I plan on dying with!

Re: What would you pick?
I guess I lack imagination. I'd take the 52 and 53 Mercs I already have, but with a full restoration. Then I'd add a 52 Lincoln Capri convertible. Rare and so similar to my Mercs.
