Default 34 fluids / lubrication

I am interested in learning what lubrications / fluids are being used for a stock flathead V8 coupe, what has proven to be working successfully for people over time?

What brand additive(s) are suggested for use with today's unleaded fuel?
Should premium fuel be used?
What transmission lubrication is recommended? (weight, brand etc.)
What antifreeze works well for the flathead (iron heads)?
What lubrication should be used in the differential?(weight, brand etc.)
What oil should be used in the engine? (weight, brand etc.)
Are synthetic lubrications better for transmission, differential, engine oil?

Is there any additive or preventative maintenance that can help prevent sticking exhaust valves?

Winters are long in Upper Michigan, any storage tips are also appreciated!

Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Rich
