Re: 1936 Georgia license plate
check ebay, but be prepared to pay a lot. I have been collecting 1940 plates. I have 42 out of the 48 states, but its rare to see the ones I need for less than $100. I just paid $75 for a good Georgia 1940 plate. I still need Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and North Carolina. ANY HELP APPRECIATED. I think its odd that the rare ones are mainly southern states.

Re: 1936 Georgia license plate
Apparently us po ole southern folks did'n have much money so the need for a license plate for the unattainable automobile wasn't there. This is what a guy at a antique license plate collector meet told me. (ALPCA.com)
