Default 36 Slant leaning

After sitting for a few days my 36 slant leans to the drivers side.Bouncing the front up and down the car will sit level for awhile...I flipped the front spring no change,and installed knew front tube shocks...any ideas???

Make sure the spring center bolt is "in" the hole in the crossmember.
