'39 E-brake clevis
Will the earlier part# 78-2460 work instead of the correct part# 91A-2119 for a 1939 emergency brake setup? This is the clevis that connects to the center equalizer. I can't find anyone that sells the 2119.

The NOS ones I have are bare cast iron.

Authentically they were cadmium plated. I have little doubt that service parts were at times (always perhaps?) supplied with no plating.
