39 pedals in a 37 pickup
I have 39 pedals in a 37 pickup, and the clutch pedal functions, but does not go to the floor all the way. It hits the x member. Did they change the 39 frame? How do others that have had this deal with it?

Re: 39 pedals in a 37 pickup
Two choices. Head and bend the pedal or cut or scallop out that area on the frame. Keep in mind with the cab on the frame you shouldnt have to push the pedal that far down for the clutch to work.
Your next issue will be the exhaust if you run duals. |

I believe the 39 clutch arm that goes onto the transmission cross shaft is not the same as the 37 one which may be part if not all of the alignment problem if you have the 37 trans with the 39 pedal assembly.
