Re: Different types of Sta-Bil
I do not run any additives since I read a study on additives on this forum that found that additives wash the oil off the walls of the cylinders .

Re: Different types of Sta-Bil
It might be beneficial to research before buying into deceptive marketing claims for the many fuel and oil additive products seen on store shelves.

Re: Different types of Sta-Bil
So I guess I will be changing the way I do things. This year my plan is to drain all of the gas out of my pressure washer and lawn mower including the carbs of course and I guess dump it in the car to use it up. I'm assuming its also a good idea ot dump a small amount of oil in the spark plug holes as the manufacture recommends?

Re: Different types of Sta-Bil
or, you can use "fogging oil" in a spray can.
