Default fender skirt brackets

Does anyone know if there is a video or some pictures of some 55 or 56's showing where the brackets for fender skirts go. Thanks.

This is from a seller on EvilBay- https://www.ebay.com/itm/1955-1956-F...-/162085135386

I am not sure whether they are OEM or aftermarket. You can E-Mail him for clarification. Please let the board know what you find out.

you also need the rubber seal when fitting.they are easier to fit if you have a friend to help.a pair or 2 of needle nose vice grips will be a huge help in holding bracket once you position it then drill holes.you may want to sign up at the 52-59 Ford social group on the H.A.M.B.someone may be able to help.measure twice drill once or you will not be happy.good luck

Question Re: fender skirt brackets

I wasn't concise.

Is the kit shown (definitely aftermarket) an exact or close enough) copy of the FORD OEM BRKT KIT in your opinion? I have never personally seen a set of skirts/hardware for that early of a car. I am trying to gather info and most of this was deleted from the FORD MPC for that time period.

I was told if you buy from Tee-Bird Products. The 55,56 fender skirts and brackets are all correct oem reproductons.

I have a set of NOS brackets in a drawer somewhere. I can check to see how they compare to the ones in Kultulz post.

EDIT:
I looked at my brackets and from what I could see mine are the same except the finish is a little dull. There are two different types of screws just like the photo.

Yes, mine are also in a small cloth bag with a paper tag. Instructions are missing.
