Default Disassemble Tudor Body

I am in the process of restoring a 1929 Ford Model A Tudor and I am working on repairing the body. It is very rusty with some original paint on it. I have started the exterior stripping of it with a sander and 80 grit sandpaper, which is going along well. However, when I look at the interior I am wondering how I am going to tackle that, especially around the panel joints.

Has anyone taken apart complete a Tudor body to strip and repair all the rusty areas? Should this be something I look to do or just do what I can? I am not looking for this to be a professional-level restoration either.
