Default What hubcaps???

I am trying to use some Budd 19 inch X @ 3 inch wide wire wheels on my car.

These wheels may not have been used on a Ford, even though they have the large ford bolt pattern.

I have everything set but the hubcaps.

The center hole is 6.070 Inches in diameter.

Does anyone know what fits this wheel?

I purchased some new plain caps that have rings on them, but they fit slightly loose and would fly off if the car was driven. They click on but come off using my fingernail. they are maybe 1/8th inch too small in diameter.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

That seems easy enough. Add weld to the inner lip of the hubcap area where the hubcap cleats would grab to take up the loose fit in that area. You are only talking 1/16th of an inch per side which should be about one pass plus grinding/metalfinishing.
