Default A slight modification

here's a question.
i've got some parts floating around from this cj2a i've been restoring and thought it might be useful to inquire the barn.
i'm breaking down this '29 ford wagon and hoping to keep it mostly original. having talked a bit with some guys a while back who've restored and modified their "A's" , i've heard some have replaced their front ends with what i think was said to be from F150's for what ever reason, safety.
so i'm thinking to take it a bit further and ask here.
anybody have an opinion on using this original four cylinder ford and applying it to a t90/dana18 for usage as a four wheel drive, light duty.
i'd probably go the rout of using willys applied jeep parts since they seem to be the most abundantly available and the oldest still reliable parts , with similarities in the motor as the 134L . if you've got some positive input on this or direction for application , give it up. thanks.
i'm not a member of mafc or marc so i'm not seeking any awards here.
so what do you think of a four wheel drive model A wagon, no dollar value, not for sale.
