Default Drive gear bushing.

Is there a replacement bushing used when replacing the rear end drive gear as well as for the right differential case? None is shown in the parts manual.

There are bearings and races, for the pinion gear as well as in the axle housing for the carrier. No bushing in the rear axle I am aware of at this time.

The Timkens are available but the one on the pinion tip is a bit harder to source of good quality (18-4625-A). The differential spider gears don't have bushings since their movement is more limited. Repair bushings for the wheel hub bearing races are available but they are not easy to fit.
