I hate em too! Anything past the 1970's. How close can you get to nothing and still call it something seems to be the "name of the game".

Had to get the drums turned to fit the new shoes. Apparently, the aftermarket adds more material to the shoe to compinsate for the wear on the drums. Never again will I work on new cars, pre computer age only.
