I love things like that. I had a customer that was a wood worker by hobby. He was fascinated by my 49 8N I had in the showroom. He made me a wood 8N which I still have. The wheels turn too. Sadly, he passed away.

See'ns how I have a few more grandkids, I made a couple more of my 'balancing act' action figures. You might notice some of our V8 valve springs and other used up parts involved. A few years back I inherited two 5 gallon buckets of wrenches, mostly manufactured in India and Taiwan, hence the open end wrenches for claws'. I appologize for the poorly produced video, but at least it's really short and you'll get the idea. I think my New Years resolution will be to learn to improve and edit these things.

Now THAT is a true model. Beautifully done.

Thanks, I just can't seem to sit around doing nothing, so between the larger projects I need to fill in the gaps with this kind of small stuff. It really was FUN!
When I ordered replacement wheels for the ones stolen from the flatbed, I ended up finding two different sets of four wheels. Now I'll have another 1/12 scale set for a possible woodie wagon....
