Congratulations, Clem. I knew where the car came from as soon as I saw the Ohio tags. I am restoring the '48 Ford Sedan Coupe that Bob was working on when he died. I bought it from Mary in the fall of 2015.

Where might the body number be? I haven't looked at the seat riser as yet.

ours is 99A-740979 so I would assume yours to be #164 which would make yours early. I'll have to check with a friend in San Diego who has one and another here in Florida who also has one and see what theirs are.

If my memory serves me right Gary Wright in Pleasanton Ca. also has one same color. It maybe sold by now but had appeared for sale here and also on the V8 Club website within the past two/tree years. Asking price was 60K...Bill
